About MayExecute v2.0

MayExecute v2.0 is an open-source implementation of an Execution Governance pre-execution gateway. It helps users and systems record whether a proposed AI-enabled action may be authorized to produce a governed effect under verified mandate, valid constraints, live-context integrity, accountability, reviewability, and sufficient verifiable proof.

v2.0 adds policy profiles, risk classification, evidence pack hashing, human review fields, API gate mode, and audit-ready record exports.

The tool is based on the publicly articulated Execution Governance framework, which focuses on the governance boundary between a proposed action and a governed effect. The conceptual framework is documented at ExecutionGovernance.org.

MayExecute is maintained by Dr. Ho Wa Ku, the originator of the publicly articulated Execution Governance framework.

Important: this project is independent research tooling. It is not endorsed by OECD, ISO, IEC, IEEE, NIST, any regulator, or any standards body unless separately stated by those organisations. It is not legal advice, not certification, and not authority to execute.
